Patrick O’Donnell has 16 years of medical device experience with both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. 
 
Prior to joining Curative, Mr. O’Donnell led the global marketing organization for biomaterial start-up Confluent Surgical, Inc. While at Confluent, he was responsible for the world-wide launch of the organization’s flagship hydrogel technology, DuraSeal™, into the neurosurgical market through an independent sales network.  In 2007, he played a participatory role in the $245M acquisition and subsequent integration of Confluent Surgical by Tyco Healthcare.
 
Prior to joining Confluent, Mr. O’Donnell spent 13 years in the spine, orthobiologics and orthopaedics markets at Johnson and Johnson’ DePuy Spine.  At DePuy Spine, he developed extensive biologics and spinal device commercial experiences that included the launch of the organization’s first three orthobiologic products.  In addition to his product development and launch experience, he also served as the marketing representative on acquisition teams, was responsible for management of several alliance company partnerships, responsible for group management of the $150 million interbody spine fusion products portfolio, and he was consistently recognized as a top performer during his seven years of field sales and regional sales management.
